A very tasty oriental-style meal. I don’t make it often, but it has been great every time I’ve made it.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork tenderloin
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp oyster sauce
- 6 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- green onion
- garlic
- broccoli (approx. 1 head, or other veggie of choice)
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- sesame seeds (optional)
- Marinade:
- 3 tsp ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Cut pork into very thin slices, mix and apply marinade, set aside.
- Mix sauce, chop veggies.
- In a large frying pan, begin by frying garlic until it begins to brown, then add marinated pork. Cook until pork is nearly done.
- Add sauce to pan, then add veggies.
- When the meat is fully cooked and the veggies have softened, add sesame oil and seeds if preferred.
- Serve with a side of rice.
