A great tasting, savory spread for bread or crackers. If you eat all-natural peanut butter, and are too lazy to mix the loose oil, this is a good way to use it up (ask me how I know 😉).
Ingredients
- 🫘 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
- 🥜 1/4 cup peanut butter (oil)
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🥢 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tsp garlic powder
- 🌶️ 2 tsp chili powder
- 🫚 1 tsp ginger
- 🌶️ 1 tsp red pepper flake
