A very tasty oriental-style meal. I don’t make it often, but it has been great every time I’ve made it.

Ingredients

  • 🐷 3 lbs pork tenderloin
  • πŸ₯’ 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • πŸ₯’ 6 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 🍷 6 tbsp cooking wine
  • 🌿 3 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • πŸ§… green onion
  • πŸ§„ garlic
  • πŸ₯¦ broccoli (approx. 1 head, or other veggie of choice)
  • πŸ₯’ 3 tsp sesame oil
  • 🫘 sesame seeds (optional)
  • Marinade:
    • 🫚 3 tsp ginger
    • πŸ₯’ 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • ☘️ 2 tsp black pepper
    • 🌽 2 tsp corn flour
    • πŸ§‘β€πŸ³ 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Cut pork into very thin slices, mix and apply marinade, set aside.
  2. Mix sauce, chop veggies.
  3. In a large frying pan, begin by frying garlic until it begins to brown, then add marinated pork. Cook until pork is nearly done.
  4. Add sauce to pan, then add veggies.
  5. When the meat is fully cooked and the veggies have softened, add sesame oil and seeds if preferred.
  6. Serve with a side of rice.
