Just a standard Beef Stroganoff recipe. I’ve made it a few times and everyone always likes it.
Ingredients
- 🐄 3 lbs beef
- 🍷 1 1/2 white wine
- 🐮 2 cups beef broth
- 🥛 1/4 cup table cream
- 🥛 3/4 cup sour cream
- 🧅 2 onions
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🍄 8 oz mushroom
Instructions
- Cut beef into thin strips
- Cook on high heat until thoroughly browned, with a careful amount of olive oil.
- Remove beef from pot, cook mushroom, onion, and garlic in the beef fat.
- Deglaze with white wine, add broth once bottom is clean.
- Add beef back to the pot, simmer for 10–20 minutes.
- Add the creams, then add a thickener (flour) as desired.
