My Mom’s Beef Stroganoff recipe.
Ingredients
- 🐮 4 tbsp butter
- 🧅 1 chopped onion
- 🧄 4 cloves minced garlic
- 🍄 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 🐄 beef cubes seasoned with salt and pepper
- 🌿 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 🍀 1 tsp paprika
- 🍷1/3 cup dry white wine
- 🐄 2 cup beef broth
- 🍞 2 tbsp flour
- 💮 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook beef in the butter.
- Then cook the onions, cloves, mushrooms.
- Mix in the mustard and paprika.
- Add the wine, cook 5 mins.
- Mix beef broth, flour, Worcestershire sauce, until smooth.
- Pour beef broth mixture into the pan, mix well and bring to a simmer, until thick.
- Add cream cheese at the end. (do not boil)
- Add noodles at the end.
